ARE YOU ABLE TO MAKE DELIVERIES?

We use third party delivery services that delivers nationwide. Typically, deliveries are made within 2 business days from the time orders depart our facility. During busy seasons, they can take up to 5 working days to deliver an item after the order has been completed and notification sent.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Our production time differs from item to item and also depends on the demand at sales and peak seasons. Please do keep in mind that most orders are custom made…and we do put a lot of effort and time into each and every order. Production lead time is approx. 3-8 working days depending on order volumes & peak seasons. We provide updates on the current lead times directly on our homepage.

CAN I HAVE A PRICE LIST?

Since we focus on custom items…it is impossible for us to provide a price list that can cover all options, due to the amount of possibilities and variety on products, branding, colours and sizes, etc. However, We will gladly create a bespoke catalogue according to your specific requirements
